Requirements:
- relevant experience in dairy production
- relevant education
- ability to communicate in Romanian or English
- experience with ERP systems is a plus
- capacity to lead a team, to motivate and organize people
Job description:
- Coordinates and plans the entire production process and team
- Plans and coordinates all cleaning and hygiene routines for the production space and equipment together with the operators.
- Is always preoccupied about quality (lab analysis, procedures, improvements etc)
- Is in charge of the raw materials
- Registers his work and team’s work in the ERP
- Is always focused on respecting and implementing working procedures, while keeping an eye opened for improvements
- Knows and respects the legislation and industry standards
